A Call To Discipleship.
John 3:16 says “For God SO loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” This particular scripture secures our future in Christ Jesus; however, what do we as believers do once we have professed our faith and trust unto God? What do we do once we accept the call of our Lord by becoming disciples of Christ Jesus? John 13:34-35 gives us a command. “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By THIS everyone will know that you are my disciples, IF you love one another.” Psalm 133:1 states “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in UNITY.” Two main components that the world is lacking in this day are LOVE and UNITY.
